I shipped my traid in but My Verizon is not updated

Hi, I sent in my IPhone 11 traid-in in the packing materials that Verizon shipped me with the return label(provided in the box, by Verizon) stuck to the correct side of the box.  UPS tracking shows that it was delivered this morning to the Verizon return center and checked in.  I have proof of delivery through UPS.  My Verizon is not updated.  It is still showing that it has to be shipped.  My traid-in contract says it has to be shipped in 30 days from when i got my new phone, but even though it has been shipped by me and received by Verizon, it is not showing shipped.  


Verizon, please update my Verizon account to be accurate.  

Is anyone else having this issue?
