So here is the deal. After sending me a wrong phone and then accusing me of using the phone owners info to get said, phone, incorrectly giving me information about returning and reprograming it, Verizon being incapable of reprogramming it, no phone was sent.
For my hours of hassle talking with incompetents they have offered.
$20 for my inconvenience
and free overnight shipping
So my time is worth pennies per minute when they are the ones who put me through the wringer.
Well, no dice, they have lost all three of my phones to another carrier.
