I would like to contact the Escalation Team as the Sale Agent / Customer Support agent was very rude to me and I feel very upset as a value customer to Verizon.
As i believe that Verizon customer support was very good and always happy to help the customers but the recent encouter with the supporting agent just outburst the issue and broke the trust with me. I would like to have the information of Escalation team . I can provide more information and the reason with the message that leads to my outburst issue after chatting with the customer support agent.
