This has ALWAYS been one of my pet peeves with them. They tell you that the transcripts are recorded, but not that they are for their use only. I've resorted to using the online chat as much as possible and the C&Ping that into a document. Inconvenient as all hell, but that's the only way to keep a true record (That they of course can deny because it is not an "official" transcript
As for the "Incometent/Liars"....the only way that I've EVER been able to deal with their support is after kicking and screaming to get to 2nd tier or above, or by complaining to the Executive Office. Yet more inconvenience on my end...Whoopeee!!!
