I am having an issue with my Samsung Galaxy s3 where I live (84095). It doesn't matter if I am inside the house or outside, I'm continually dropping calls or I can't even make a phone call out. The bars on my phone at home constantly go from 3 to 1 to 2 to 1 and so on (you can sit and watch it change every few seconds). It seems to have gotten worse over the last week or so. If I go to work a few miles down the road, I have no problems with service and everything works just fine. On Monday, my phone never rang while I was at home but it showed I had a voice message. I tried 7-8 times to call my voicemail with no luck (I would call, the screen would say dialing, then after about 20-30 seconds it would show cancelled). I had a friend that came over and I had to use his phone to call my phone and access my voicemail that way (he's on a different network). Which is very frustrating. For the last little while, I haven't been able to have a 10 minute conversation without the call dropping out 3-4 times. Texting seems to be ok. I do have problems connecting to the 4G data network at home, a lot of times it just connects to the 3G and is very slow. Is there an issue with a tower in my neighborhood?

@sheldo82
I can imagine this has become a very frustrating experience for you! I would love the opportunity to assist.
Have you tried removing and reinserting the 4G SIM Card in your device http://vz.to/1uKJrHI? Please tell me your device current software version http://vz.to/1zJ9lhB. Keep me posted so that I can further assist. Thanks!
