It's time to ditch Verizon for other carriers and make others #1 then Verizon will understand value of satisfied customers and keeping loyal customers. When I was looking to upgrade my last line with 2G data plan, Service representative told me that I will continue my employee discount. When bill came it was not there and it's too late to disconnect service because they are looking for $340 early termination fee. My first Wireless line was in 1998 and last and fourth line in 2002. One Rep said that discount discontinued in October 2013, other one said will reach out to business line have not received response, 3rd one said it discontinued in 2011. Every time story keeps changing.
Bottom line no correct answer and don't care about loyal customers. I have just four lines, Once they see couple of hundred thousand customer like me leaving, they will realize but winning back will take longer. Just like AT&T offering $450 they will offer sprint/T-mobile customers discounts.
BTW they insulted me by offering $6 towards my problem. Customer of 15 years with monthly bills close to $500 offered one time $6 discount. Go figure.
