The warranty on a new phone is one year. Why would you expect more on a replacement?
If you have insurance and must make a claim through Asurion, Asurion provides a one year warranty on the device regardless of the original manufacturer warranty. When you receive an Asurion device the inside sticker will say Asurion on it. Any warranty issues must go through them as it is no longer the manufacturer's device. Asurion buys the phones and stocks them on their own dime to be available if a customer breaks or loses their phone.

One device on my Plan, has faulty alarm, sometimes continues to go off throughout day, & other times doesn't work @ all. Also my smartphone, incoming & out going calls sounds like a Fax machine, so callers hang up
