Are the intentions of the Verizon customer service team just to wear you down until you quit? There's no other explanation for how long I've been trying to straighten out my issues. Do most people just get to the point where they give up?

Seems to me that is there intention or they hope you forget or the problem or issue fixes itself they just babble non answer script and hang up
