Internet Outages even with LTE for the last 3 days!!!!!!

My internet has been switching from 1x to 3G to LTE constantly in areas I usually have fine service. 

Sometimes my phone calls wont even go through with full bars. 

Internet doesn't work even when it's Listed as LTE with 4 bars????

Is there an outage near Akron Ohio 44306?????

It's been three days so like can ya fix it?
