I have an iphone 5 not unlocked. I was wondering if i can use it at as a pay to go phone when I leave Verizon?

Leave? Sorry, that's not part of our VZW vocabulary. But seriously, why go though? In regards to your original question, your iPhone 5 is specific to use on our network exclusively and will not work with other carriers.
