I am having the same issues as well... Red lion area... Some calls just don't go through, some say it's incorrect number. Texts work data does not.
Seems to be fairly widespread, I hope they are mobilizing the team to fix it. It's possible customer service just didn't have any information, which is fairly common. I'm betting this is a telco issue, likely comcast's fiber network has gone down
I am in Lancaster PA as well and I am having the same issue! I tried restarting my phone and turning off my phone and nothing is working. Verizon.....Are you going to fix this?
