Verizon, if you are listening,  there is zero service in my Costco in Owings Mills MD. I don't just mean bad, I mean nothing. Not even voice. I'm told the other carriers are fine, just Verizon that has no service at all. Not even SMS gets out or into that building under Verizon .

Please help, I feel cut off from the world in there and that is not safe when my family can't reach me the entire time I am there .I'm not alone in my concern . Please install a repeater in the dang building or one of those mini cells .

Oh, and you won't sell any new service at the Wireless Store in there, negative bars .

Please help!!

Mike

MICBUL64,

We're certainly sorry to learn that there's no service inside your local Costco. We truly understand the need to be able to use your service wherever you go and definitely wouldn't want you to feel unsafe. Indoor service in any building can be impacted by a number of factors including building materials, the distance from the towers in the area and more. Locations like Costco, Walmart, Target, etc. usually present greater challenges than homes or locations that have an abundance of windows. It sounds like there's definitely a need for improvement at your local Costco, but we do not have the ability to just install a repeater inside of a business. This is something that the business owner has to set in motion for their location. Please have the store owner reach out to their Verizon Business Representative to discuss the available options.

That is Costco's responsibility, not Verizon's.

The supermarket across where I work didn't have good signal for my old carrier and I haven't once considered contacting them to say my signal in that store is bad - that's just weird.

Good news, I guess Costco got the message, full service now in the entire building. Thank you and all that commented !
