Is there any Cell Phone Service in Eae Claire, PA???

I am getting poor TO NO SERVICE in the Eau Claire, PA zone.  I have called for two years to correct this.  GET A CELL PHONE TOWER THERE PLEASE.   There are a lot of people who have camps out side of Butler PA and your Service there stinks.
