Is this a Scam?

I keep getting a call from 800-888-9617 about 250$ off my next bill and then sends me to a website that looks very similar to this one. I don't know wheather to sign in or not I would like others opinions. It would greatly help me and my family out if this were true.

Please do not login to website provided on that call as it is not from Verizon Wireless and as tikibar1 says (thanks!) it is a scam to get your personal information. Our only official website is http://VerizonWireless.com please disregard any calls offering you money towards your Verizon Wireless bill.
