Does anyone know how to/whom to escalate an issue which is not resolved by the customer service from past 6 months? The store where I bought the phone created this issue and no one is able to resolve and I am paying extra every month.

If you get your issue escalated, please let me who and how.  I've been having issues with a trade in device promotion since I signed up with Verizon online.
