There is absolutely no signal on my home phone connect device. It has worked fine for a year. I also don't have any signal on my cell phone. Both problems just started today.
I had the same issues when I got the iphone 6s plus back last year. Its got to do with the software version I actually had a warranty replacement filed because they thought it was a faulty device or something. Its more than likely just the kind of software that's on the phone the newest ios update 9.3 (I think) helped the issue though! (its still not perfect but its better than it was)
Oops I didn't realize at first that it was fine out side of the home.
It sounds like the signal strength inside just isn't strong enough to work properly If I were you I would keep in close contact with tech support why pay a premium if your not getting premium services?
