I just cannot keep paying the premium amount I do every month for the wireless service I am able to receive on my Note 4. I'm sure I'll miss you at times, but the money I'll save ($100/mo. minimum) with another carrier will help me get over it.

Sorry, I guess I expect too much. That's why I said it was me, not you Verizon (who I have paid over $3500 in the past year for a personal account)
