Yes; they are very deceptive in their ads. I switched to Verizon and purchased Watch-3. After various attempts to call very long waiting customer care with Tech1/2 and still issue is not resolved.

So you purchased a new product on launch day, had difficulty activating it on launch day and had longer wait times on the phone on launch day all while millions of other people were doing the same thing? Makes sense to me.

I haven't been let down by Verizon as a company or the service I receive. I get exactly what I pay for and not more than I expect.

I am a Verizon customer who has a legally approved recording of a verizon representative acting disrespectful towards myself. I had gotten my car stolen, and was unable to recover it due to the poor service of HUM.

 

If anyone wants to boycott Verizon, I'm on board.
