Does anyone else just feel like a number to Verizon? I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and it seems they only care about the new customers. I purchased a new (upgraded) phone for my son for his birthday and when the new promotion came out 12 days later they won't honor it. They can only accomidate me if I purchase another phone.
