Just wanted Verizon to know what a great job Amy [removed], in your Arizona office did for me yesterday. She was the best customer rep I have ever talked to. She answered all my questions, she was very sincere and helped me through all of my problems until I was satisfied. She was without a doubt exactly what I needed yesterday. Please let her know that her work with me was truely appreciated!!!
