I really liked this phone because of the durability as a tough phone. The only problem is it had limited network coverage and only works in certain areas. My old phone worked most places, this phone leaves me stranded with no coverage. Verizon wants me to pay it off to get a phone I can use. Don't buy this phone if you need to depend on it. I guess I'm stuck with it !!
We want you to be happy with your phone. Coverage concerns are never good news. I understand you've addressed this concern previously. We'll be more than happy to troubleshoot at this time. What's the zip code and the nearest intersection associated with the problem area? How far do you have to travel for your experience to improve? Do you know other VZW customers with the same experience?
