The voicemail icon will not go away on my LG Revolution. I go into my voicemail and I do not have any new voicemails but the icon is still there. I can't use the "clear" option on my phone for voicemails. I have deleted all the voicemails in my inbox. I have tried taking the battery out and restarting it. I have tried leaving myself a voicemail from another phone, listening to it, then deleting it-- that didn't work. I went to my local verizon store- they suggested running the factory reset. I DO NOT WANT TO DO THAT if at all possible. Are there any other options to fix this glitch??? Thanks--

Call your voicemail and listen for the options, turn msg waiting indactor off, then back on
