It's slow here normally 10 Mbps....download and 17 Mbps upload, that's right the upload is usually always better than the download.
Tonight at 9 pm (11/3/2016) is the slowest ever....like 3G speeds. 1.65 Mbps download and 0.44 Mbps upload.
Something is definitely broken here on this tower Verizon!
Multiple tests on two devices....identical result.
We want your service to be up to speed, jreding01.This is definitely a change from your normal service. There are no current alerts in the area. Do you have a plan that includes Safety Mode? How does service differ outside of this area?
