 Why has Verizon gotten so bad at customer service?? I was told by 3 different agents that ad free was covered and then 1 agent and supervisor that said it wasn’t and refused to honor what I had been told.... I know this seems small but I have to fight with Verizon every other month on something messed up on my bill.. I’m just tired of being told 1 thing and them doing another... how do I get this fixed?? I’ve already contacted BBB

No where was it stated on Verizon you get ad free Hulu. If you want ad free Hulu, you pay for it like everyone else. There's nothing to fix besides paying the cost of ad free out of pocket.

Where did you see in the first place verizon would cover hulu plus?
