Pardon me for my hearing impairment!
Verizon sent us a hefty bill for overseas airtime despite our paying a premium . Apparently my phone was on in Poland for 7 minutes. I do not remember this, but I can assure you, the Verizon Rep was not clear in instructions to me before our trip re overseas phone use. Shame on Verizon. Unless we receive a credit for the large overage on our last bill we are changing service providers at our earliest convenience. Dealing with Verizon has been a headache from the word "go". I would urge you to do likewise if you are dissatisfied. I doubt a Verizon "customer service" manager will respond to this. My spouse spent over an hour on the phone today with these folks. Next stop? Perhaps the FCC.
