Of course they have to tell you how you would go about it... just try going about it and see what happens. Try finding an attorney who will even talk to you about something like this... and lastly, even small claim's court is a maze w/ fees and court dates in 2-3 months... Threatening to sue absent something flagrant doesn't hold water.
