Over two weeks ago I was told I would get a credit which has been verified by other reps but still the excuses and denial continue I had one not long ago tell me a credit was applied two days ago when I paid as in I bought piad for taken from my credit on my account according to her logic I don't pay for service I get credit really? Made that sarcasm but get idea anyway get transferred to a team manager who stated in summary if I call again about credit or even ask for the credit or anything else for that matter I will have my service terminated i.e silence me how dare I expect help or a promised credit I guess this is how they treat customer who expect help or credit told would receive and they will just silence you if you ask
This team manager has been silent on my phone for 4 hours now not first Time this had happened either
