Loss of service at home

A few days ago it started that I can not seem to get service on my iPhone 12 max at home and within a block or so. I have had service with no problems up to a few days ago. I thought maybe the phone was the problem so reset network settings as well as hard reset and other stuff turn off and on airplane mode turn off and on mobile data etc. I have come to the conclusion that it is either tower is down or replaced not sure but phone works everywhere else. I have to use my landlords WiFi to use phone. When I call Verizon they say nothing is down. My zip code is 10312. Hopefully someone here can help!!!
