The Verizon service at my house (zip=28702) (inside and outside) is only coming in as 1x today and I am seeing lots of dropped calls. I usually get 4G service and depend on the broadband internet access for my business. How do I report a problem and/or find out the status for a fix?

Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone to report the issues and open a trouble ticket to investigate it.
Which phone models are involved in the issue?

My service is my lifeline and we want you to feel you can depend on yours as well. Let's make that happen. There are no reported issues in your area. Are there other Verizon Wireless customers that you know of having these same issues? Is text messaging working for you?

IMy service has been restored as normal.
I believe the problem was a general outage to wired service in the area
that lasted 24 hours. This was caused be a construction crew cutting a
line.
