Started about 5 days ago. My phone (samsung galaxy s4) will not get a 4g signal and barely gets a 3g signal now. It has been fine up until about 5 days ago. No new apps or changes to the phone. I even tried transferring my sim card into a samsung galaxy note 2 that I once used and it will not connect to 4g either. What is going on? My zip is 14224.
We want you to have the best possible signal. Are you the only one having this issue? Have you tried to power cycle your device? The area that you are in shows excellent coverage. Is the signal better indoors or outdoors?

Power cycled many times. Signal does get better in other areas. And also better outdoors...just unusual for it to suddenly drop at my residence when it has been good for so long.
