Would you really because I’m now going through the exact same issue today. I have been on for almost an hour and a half I have called and got sent link then the call hung up. The link lead to chat which gave me another link which oh closed the chat and I swear are you going to do anything about it because this is a fairly old post and it seems the issue persists. Really starting to rethink joining Verizon
