I would like to report to Verizon that there are many "dead zones" I have experienced throughout Loudoun County, Virginia and primarily in the Ashburn area. Either my iPhone 13 is extremely slow or it doesn't work at all. Totally unacceptable!
Verizon needs to make dramatic network improvements in this high density area immediately.
