My problem is inconsistent but happening more frequently. When people call my Iphone , they are receiving a recording that says, "Welcome to the Message Management System; please enter your mailbox number" instead of my personal voicemail message. They have to then type in my cell number 1-2x before being connected to my voicemail.
mjhjnj, we know how important it is to ensure your voicemail application is working at all times. When did you start experiencing difficulties with your voicemail? Do you notice you are in an area with no coverage or traveling when you hear this message? -Shelly
