I am using the message + on my desktop without any problems but my wife who has a phone on my Verizon account can't use it. She never gets the option to put in her phone number it always just opens up my messages. Is there a way she can open her messages and use message + on a desktop computer?

scooterstock,
That is a very valid question, let's figure this out! Just for clarificiation, are you using the Verizon Messages app? Or are you using a 3rd party app named Messages ?

In many programs there is an option to 'remember me', or 'keep me logged in', etc. If you have the Messaging+ login set to save your login, it won't bother to stop and ask for a ph#.
If this is the case, go to the login screen and DESELECT the option to remember or save login.

It appears you have not logged out from your MyVerizon account.
Each line needs to have its own MyVerizon account in order to access the messages in Verizon Message+ on a computer.
Simply have her log out of your account, then log into her own account. If she does not have her own MyVerizon account, she will have to set one up for her line.

It is also possible that your computer is simply not recognizing that you are logged out due to cookies still present on your computer. You may have to clear your browser's history/cache/cookies before you would be able to log into another Message+ account.
