I work for a small ISP, and we send some messages out through our network to our mobile Verizon phones using the Verizon SMS gateway. We just spun up a new server internally, but this server is getting its messages rejected with the below error:
554 vrz-ibgw-6003a.ext.cloudfilter.net cmsmtp [IP address redacted] blocked AUP#DNS
I have tried to contact Verizon tech support about this issue, but they could not wrap their head around the problem in the first place, let alone figure out which Verizon team I needed to communicate with to solve the problem.
