It has been almost a week since my cell service signal is virtually unusable. Along with the other 2 I-Phones in our house and the neighbors cell phones as well.
We all did the suggested "re-set", it did nothing.
We were usually at 4 signal bars but now 1 bar is a maybe. I scheduled a call back on the Verizon website but when I was called my signal was so weak I wasn't able to answer the call.
