What is the exact name of your plan currently? What plan do you want to change it to?
For plan changes going from a larger data allowance to a smaller data allowance, it is best to request the change occur at the beginning of your next billing cycle period. This will prevent any potential overage charges from the pro-rated service charges and partial month data allowance that is calculated based on a fraction of the full monthly data allowance.
