I received a letter from VZW explaining that my coverage will increase by $2/mo. The charge that is driving that increase, is an increase in the cost of Verizon TechCoach. Outside of mobile protection issues, I had an issue with a new phone. The support person had me download the TechCoach app. So...if VZW has this as a service for any situation, why are people with MP footing the cost of this service??

Just downgrade to the $9 plan. Same protection without tech coach.
