I was quoted $131 as my monthly after a job related discount via a live chat. The discount couldn't be applied until I activated my service. Once I activated my service and called to get the discount bill is now $170. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was never allowed to speak to a supervisor but the representative was able to speak to the supervisor and said there was nothing they could do.
Extremely frustrated as I already got rid of my phones that worked with ATT and cancelled my service. Can't believe this is the type of customer service I am getting. Has anyone else had this problem and were you able to come to any resolution

60 dollars for 3GB(lets say yoru discount is 22 percent 60*.22+13.20) 60-13.20= 46.80
40 for each smart phone line access =120
120+46.80= 166.80
A supervisor will not be able to change this regardless of what any other rep told you. There is many spots on this site you can build a plan. Im guessing yoru under conrtact for all three phones?

I know you can build a plan online which is what the rep on the Live Chat had me do. I told her that it was showing a monthly payment of $180 and I was concerned. She told me with the discount it would come down to $131. There was no way for me to check the discount other than talk with a rep and take their word for it. Verizon will not let you look at what your bill (with the discount applied) will be until after you activate your service. If Verizon is not going to honor what their reps are saying on Live Chat then they should disclose that during the chat session. I verified with her three different times. I would not have switched if they were the same price as ATT. The upfront costs of getting new phones that worked with Verizon was off set by the fact I was saving almost $40 a month.

I've got three chat emails documenting from 3 different representatives saying what my new bill would be, then I get bill and it is much higher. They all give me the total cost after taxes, here's a cut and paste from one:
[Removed]
Going to see what the BBB can do for me, as Verizon just keeps giving me the run around. It should be illegal to give a quoted cost then jack it up $400 a year, and I'm going to find out what can be done.
