My order still pending?

I was told on my 3rd attempt to get the answer that the phone is back ordered. 

I ordered on Jan 11. Today is Feb 19. Still pending. 

No contact at all from Verizon. No text, email, notice in my account- nothing. At least, they should do that to let a person know of a back order and delay. 

I thought Verizon was forcing me to upgrade by messing up my signal and service which is why I called in the beginning. So my phone is old and 3G. I upgraded. No phone. No messages. Hardly any signal at all. I can hardly ever get enough signal to send a text. Calls drop. Calls go straight to voicemail but don’t show up that I have voice messages until the signal decides to be merciful. 

So here I am, my current phone no good. No new phone. No updates. Hours on hold. No answers.

But they are really good at taking money and sending messages that get through that my bill is due. 

Just bad business
