it won’t ring for any incoming calls whether it’s register contacts or unknowns. The phone is able to display person’s name and phone number at the time getting a call except it just won’t make any sound for me and it seems to be shut off the incoming call earlier than when you actually just ignoring it under the normal condition.
Additional note :
1. this is an Iphone XS 256gb, and had it for about 6 months.
2. Iphone haven’t showed any other issues
3. Iphone is not damaged
4. i have seen text messages sometimes comes in with a slight latency, but able to get the other data based messages without any problems.
5. I also have had seen several time of the symptoms of the phone won’t displaying the caller ID or incoming call screen at all.
Coconut16, my goal is to make sure you have a working phone. I want to make sure you are running on the latest version of software. Please to check to make sure your software is up to date and running 13.4.1. Let us know what you find.
