My land line has not been working for 5 days. I've spoken with 10 "service" reps and either they have no record of my account or I have been disconnected after being on hold for up to 1 hour (about 11 hours collectively). This is the most insane Kafka-esque experience I"ve had with any corporation ever. Verizon is one of the worst companies I've ever encountered.
Can someone from Verizon please advise someone who will help me or how to get a tech person to my house?
