Does anyone have a contact phone number for VZW Customer Service Supervisors or an escalation phone number. I updated and traded in 3 phones in December 2020 and they have only given me the monthly Promo credit on 2 of the 3. I can't remember how many Reps I've spoke with in the last 16 months, who have all been very polite, tell me its fix, tell me I'll be credited next month, tell me a supervisor will call me (they won't) but nothing never happens. I about at the end of my rope with Verizon. Thanks for any help or suggestions.
