I'm having two problems since upgrading to unlimited.

1. It's been months, and I've not received any of the $1158 in promised trade-ins ($579 x 2 phones I mailed in to Verizon)

2. Disney plus, which is included, doesn't work no matter what I do, it won't activate. Chat is no help, with Verizon sending me to Disney, and Disney sending me to Verizon.

I wish I hadn't made this upgrade, and hoping I can just undo this and go back to my old plan. Happy to return the new phones.

Thanks for any help, pretty disappointed in Verizon after being a customer for 20 years.

Sent a private note on Sept 9th. No response.

Still no credit on my trade in. Buyer beware on any trade in programs with Verizon. 

Not sure why Verizon is marketing a program and not following through. Sad.

Just closing this out.

I never received any follow up on the private note. No response.

Ended up going into the store, and after a couple of hours was able to resolve this issue. No idea what happened, but overall spent hours of time to get this corrected.

Beware on trade-ins.
