I recently received a message from Verizon saying I have until the 3rd of December to pay my Bill which I am planning on doing but I was unaware of my service being shut off.. I thought I was to understand that I had until the 3rd to get the money before that happened.. I need my phone for work so I can pay you.. WiFi is not everywhere.. Please help me out..

Timothy24 I understand the importance of staying in touch! As sprmankalel suggested, you can set a payment arrangement with Financial Services to restore the service by calling 866-266-1445.

Call VZW and talk to the billing department. This is the only way you will get help with payment arrangements.
