I recently received a replacement for my phone that was covered under warranty.
In order to not be charged for the replacement, I have to return the old phone.
Somehow, I've lost the shipping label. I will happily return the device in order to avoid being charged, but I need the address to mail it to.
Please help!

I hope your replacement phone is working well for you, CRYELD27. You can re-print the return label via My Verizon at www.vzw.com
You can log in> hover over My Devices> select My Orders> open the order for the replacement phone> select See Return Policy OR Print Return Label, (which ever option is available).

Or call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from a VZW phone.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
