Network Issues in Ogden UT

I keep having Network Issues at my Office in Ogden, UT. ZIP 84401. Over the past few months there are random times that I'm at 4G or 3G one second and then 1x the next (however I continually have 4 bars) and I can't seem to get it to come back. If I leave the office and drive about a block down the road it works just fine. Does anyone else have this issue and why is this happening?
