Switched to Verizon in mid Auguist 2019, while switiching at the store ,was offered a $200 gift card if I add a second line. Stupidly enough, I decided to go fo it and added my brother, because I thought it's a good offer.
A month later ... no gift card. I've contacted a representative through chat support, who told me, they'll expedite my request and will ship the card asap.
A month later ... still no card. I contacted the customer support. Again, I was promised a card to be mailed asap. Guess what guys .. .still no card.
It's been already 3 months of waiting. By dealing with it I've already spent so much of my time which values more than this promised $200 gift card. I have screenshots of all these fake promises.
I just can't t belive that such a legit company can so easily scam and never give what it promised.
