I have been with Verizon 9 years but may be on my last. I have been through, no exaggeration, 40 Verizon techs since Monday and NO ONE can find a fix for my phone. I get error message 19 when I try to call anyone and incoming callers receive the same error message on their end. When users attempt to text me it fails on their end as well. I just want my phone to work! Going on day 5 of no phone.

We definitely want to make sure that you are able to stay connected. Have you made any changes to your service recently?

Other than the 5G upgrade I have not. I am going into week two of my phone not working. Unfortunately looking like I will have to leave Verizon as they cannot find a solution.

How about identifying the make/model of your phone?
