I have not been able to make a phone call or a text for the past couple of hours. Is there an outage? I tried using the chat feature on the Contact Us page but it says all service representatives are busy. Can anyone one else in MO verify if there is an outage?
Oh my, jd7961. I do hope you've been able to successfully use your phone since posting. I appreciate you heading to our chat option at www.vzw.com/contactus first. Many times these forums are not answered immediately so I apologize if you're still having trouble. MO is a pretty big state, so I would need to know where in MO (city or zipcode) you're having trouble to find out if there's been any trouble reported. Please let me know if you're getting any error messages too, as that may help us narrow down what's going on. Also, what model phone do you have? Sometimes, just a simple reboot can make a world of difference on these devices.
